It’s packed with vitamins and nutrients

Its nutrients and minerals - more than 80 of them to be exact - are awesome for stimulating circulation and nursing sore muscles back to health. Mix it with some coconut oil and your favorite essential oil for an out-of-this-world scrub.
It’s an immunity booster
Listen up if you’re prone to colds. Pink himalayan sea salt can help. It has natural anti microbial properties which can protect your body from feeling under the weather. It’s especially important to make sure you’re consuming pink himalayan sea salt when the seasons change because that’s when we’re often prone to being sick.
It promotes healthy skin
Pink himalayan sea salt naturally balances the acidity and alkaline levels in the body. And that leads to rejuvenated skin cells, which makes for younger-looking skin. Our bodies absorb it really well, so the nutrients pink himalayan sea salt provides replenishes cells fast.
It helps with hydration
While that may seem contradictory, it's important to remember that you're not talking apples to apples with table salt. Adding a little pink himalayan sea salt to food and drink can aid the body in achieving optimal fluid balance.
It can help lower blood pressure
When you're talking about a composition with 84 minerals, there's not much room for lots of actual sodium. What pink himalayan sea salt does have though, is potassium. And that's a terrific aid for lowering blood pressure.
