How do I change or cancel my order?
You can modify your purchase or subscription at any time. Just log into your account  to modify your purchase or  choose the next delivery date that works best for you!
If you would still like to cancel, please email us at orders@swhey.com.to cancel your order.
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm EST and it may take a little longer on evenings and weekends.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on your location we estimate shipping transit times could be between 2-5 business day, however your order page will provide a more accurate time frame.  Hawaii and Alaska orders will take a little longer than that. You will also receive email updates on orders.

Where is my order?
As soon as your product ships we'll email you the tracking information so you’ll know exactly where your order is. Your tracking number will also be located in your account under orders. If you have any trouble locating your orders, please contact us at orders@swhey.com.

Where does SWHEY ship to?
We ship all throughout the United States including Alaska,Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
We do ship internationally but shipping cost will vary by country.

Free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
For one-time orders less than $50, your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
Opened product qualifies for store credit. Just return the box and the contents to us within 30 days. Opened products after 30 days cannot be returned.

Any unopened products can be returned to us within 30 days. Any returns after 30 days will not be refunded.  Also, Shipping cost are non refundable (see below for more details). Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

Who pays for shipping on return orders?
If there was an error with your order we’ll take care of it. We’ll provide you with the return label. Other wise, the consumer bears the cost of return shipping.

How do I make a return?
Contact us at orders@swhey.com to receive an RA form for your return. Include your invoice and your completed RA form with your carefully packaged order. It is recommended that you return your package with a tracking label.

I entered my address incorrectly. What now?
You can update your shipping (and billing) information  anytime on your profile page once you have logged in.
We are unable to make any adjustments or reroute your order if you have made an error on your shipping address after the order ships.

Which forms of payments do you accept? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal (or you can drop cash off at our office :)

I’m nervous entering my credit card. Is this a secure site?
Security is taken very seriously at SWHEY and your data is secured with a 128-bit SSL certificate.(This just means your personal data is transmitted securely)  

When is my card charged? 
Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase.
For subscription orders, you’re charged every 30 days from the first order date.  

Do you ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses? 
Yes, we do.

 
What if my order was damaged in transit or missing?
Shipping damages during transit do occur and out of our hands but be assured that in the event that your package does come damaged - just let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing orders@swhey.com with pictures and we’ll ship you a new order right away.
 
Missing items or orders must be reported to us at orders@swhey.com.
